This policy applies to AU Lottery Smart Picks, package name com.au.lottery.smartpicks. The app provides number selection, statistics, filters, saved picked lines, and post-draw result checking for Oz Lotto, Set for Life, and Australian Powerball.

Information used by the app

• Number selections, filter settings, generated lines, and result-check records are used to provide the app features and are stored locally on the device.
• Historical draw data is loaded from hosted CSV files at lotto.kolio.ai. The host may receive normal technical request information such as IP address, user agent, request time, and requested path.
• The free version may use Google AdMob, which can process device, advertising, approximate location, app interaction, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation, subject to platform settings and consent.
• If subscriptions are enabled, Google Play or Apple processes payment and RevenueCat manages subscription entitlement information. The app does not receive your full payment-card number.

Sharing and retention

The app does not sell personal information. Data may be shared with Google AdMob, Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, and the CSV host only as needed to provide the selected services, security, analytics, advertising, subscription handling, or legal compliance. Picked lines leave the device only when you choose an operating-system share action.

Local app data can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Store and subscription records are retained by the relevant platform and service providers under their policies and legal requirements.

Children and lottery notice

The app is not directed to children. It does not sell tickets or submit lottery entries. Statistics, filters, and generated lines do not guarantee or improve the chance of winning. Follow the laws and age requirements that apply where you live and play responsibly.
